That is not something that anyone can (or should) tell you. It all depends on what cards you have, and what cards you feel most comfortable playing.

If pushed I would probably say that Bazoo Return is slightly more competitive, but both decks can be very good if built right.

Lets look at a close up.

Bazoo return

pros: HIGH ATTACK, BEATSTICK, REMOVE 3 MONSTER AT A TIME, EARTH. CAN RFG ANY MONSTER.
cons: USELESS WHEN NO MONSTER IN GY. CANT BE SEARCHERBLE BY RAT. DECK RELIES ON IT MAINLY.

Fiend return:

pros: FAST SPEED, FIELd PRESENSE ( germ/newdoria ), POSSIBLE BEATSTICKS. INDEPENDENT. SEARCHERBLE
cons: SLOW RFG. CAN ONLY RFG FIENDS.

For me, i would choose fiend return definatly. Partly because i play swarm control and partly i played them before. But, for these kinda things, it all depends on the player himself. Whether he likes stalling the opponent with little creeps for a major RFTDD return, or beat the hell out of opponent while waiting for RFTDD. It is all up to you, like my Jaksa said. :D

i would go with bazoo return its more reliable than fiends. you'd need to run like 3 tomatos and stuff that goes to the graveyard fast. but its really easy to build.
