i checked serebii and it said that it cant, but then i saw this video,

FIRST of all, CHECK in YOUR game instead on 'Serebii', because it was written by a human and may have mistake.

Second, ever heard about GameShark?
The fact that both of his Pokemons have been caught in a MasterBall is already fishy.

He also got his Dragonite in a Masterball.
And he's a complete noob. Counter against Alakazam?
He completely let him own him.
