can someone explain exactly what this card does? i have a couple but still dont understand it completely thankz:D

It drags an enemy ninja out to fight, it disrupts their strategy in some twisted ways.

Jiraiya (7/2) being pushed to back ninja status to make room for Konohamaru (0/0) could let you put a royal hurt on them.

In turn, just dragging out someone to murder (Ibiki and his Mental awesome) also can help.

yeah you can make them block, but why if your gettin a B.R then why unless its a mager threat ur able to kill, but otherwise if they block with a huge dude and your affraid and want to live then be like ummm yeah your 9 against my 5 isnt happenin i like that 3 over there thats another way to work it

but doesnt striking shadow snake make the previous head and the new head, head ninjas at the same time when fighting against a dosu?
but im only saying that because dosu's effect will hurt both of them right?

Striking Shadow Snake:
Requirement: Attacker's Ninja
Target: 1 of your opponent's Stand-By Ninjas
Effect: Place the target as the Head Ninja in the Team Battling against the user. (If the user is a Non-Battling Ninja, the target becomes a new Team of 1 Ninja.)

This card is complicated but I'll explain what I understand from it:

First of all with the requirement, you can only use this when YOU are the attacker(because it says user = Attacker's Ninja). So you can only use this jutsu when it's your turn.

Then, when you send out to attack, and your opponents blocks your team. Using this jutsu will allow you to target a Stand-By Ninja and make that target the new Head Ninja in your opponent's blocking team.

*so for Dosu's effect, only the new Head selected from Shadow Striking Snake gets a damage
*same goes for any other effect involing the Head Ninja, only the new Head ninja will be affected(exemple, Kabuto Yakushi [Impact of the Jutsu] will only affect the new Head ninja)

If your opponent DOESN'T block your attacking team and you activate the jutsu, then you can choose a Stand-By Ninja and make that target the blocking team of 1. So, yes you can force your opponent to block you if he doesn't want to. This could be useful if you have say Asuma/Shika platoon, and prefer winning a battle to get 1 of your B.reward back in your hand.
