what the hell is growth?
It on a bunch of preview for new set.
What does it mean?
Is it just a new version of sharingan eye, or clone status?

Growth is a game mechanic in the rulebook, it allows you to make a ninja on the field better. Similar to the Pokemon Evolution mechanic, with some differences...

I'll go grab my real long complex 'what is growth' post from elsewhere.

Any Ninja with Growth can be deployed by the "Growth" game mechanic. (Note: Growth ninjas may also be deployed any other way a ninja is deployed.) You replace an in play ninja with another ninja of the same name that's in your hand that has Growth in the Characteristics. The ninja that was 'replaced' moves from field to chakra area to make room. And the new ninja gets a Growth coin (which also counts as +1/+1)

All counters from any effect (Rock Lee [Genius of Efforts] +1/+0 coins. Outcast's Dream +1/+1 coins, Neji Hyuga [Formidable Gift] Tenketsu Coins, "Clone Status" coin from Battle of Clones) are moved to the new ninja. Also the Healthy or Injured position of the original ninja is carried over to the new ninja.

Now, here are the rules about Growth.
- Growth does not count as your 1 ninja per turn deployment. Any Turn/Hand costs are ignored.
- Ninjas cannot be replaced via Growth on the same turn they were put into play.
- You cannot deploy a ninja by Growth if the ninja in play has a Growth coin already.
