Spinda, uesable or no?

Any pokemon can be used and do good{well, there are some expections} But used competively is WAY different.

I say Spinda could be used competively, since it learns Teter Dance. But thats it.

Go ahead and try it and see how it does.

Spinda is fine for UU and fun battles, but never used competetivley.

I used Spinda as the Assistant for one of my OHKO teams.

Was a lot of fun.

Delcatty was better in that role though.
