Ok... The Stromy Sea or the area where find Kyorge, I can't escape the 11th BF. Your thinking, huh? Well, there isn't a stairwell anywhere. Answer?
Also, I didn't AR or GS it.
Edit: Made a Big mistake, I didn't see a passage so, oppps. Also, how do you get the legends friend areas?

for most of them, they give it to you when you recirut them.

Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Zapdoes, Articuno, Moltres, Mew, Celebi, and Lugia give you thier firend areas when you recurit them.

Entei, Suciune, Raikou, Ho-oh, and Mewtwo's friend areas have to be bought.

Jirachi shares a friend area with some regular pokemon.

You also have to buy the friend area for the Regis. And Mew you have to buy the friend area for. And you need to buy the one for Celebi.

Regi is this ancient ruin or something.

Oh yeah. Jirachi is Mt. Moonview. It's obtained as a special mission reward.

Yeah, Marhawkman said it. Regi's are like Prehistoric Ancient Ruins, or something ancient like that. Mew is... Final Island if I recall correctly.
