A nice deck.
In my opinion, Ryu Kokki seems preferable to Vampire Lord (for being searched by Pyramid Turtle). Vampire Lord can hinder the use of Cyber Dragon and is too weak to maintain field dominance.
Creature Swap is worth including.
Ring of Destruction seems beneficial (replacing Ceasefire).

i bolded the magic section as i am not sure about your play style. if you are going for a aggro build, try this

I will use your fixes on the aggro one since he likes to play more aggesively

I can trade you a reaper if you'd like, but otherwise it looks pretty good, however, return or dimension fusion would be pretty good with all the removal you've got here

When you get access to a Mirror and Ring, drop 2 of the Sakus for them. Also, three Vampire lord is probably too many. 2 or 3 Ryu Kokkis would serve better as the heavy hitter, and you could manage with either 1 or 2 Vampire Lords (depending on how many Kokki you choose to play). Smashing Ground trumps Fissure, so just swap it out when you can. I don't really need to mention Spirit Reaper....do I? Lastly, maybe drop Drillroid for D.D. Assaliant.

Try this out. Switch the reaper with a giant rat. Banisher will destroy your recruiters so thats why I want to keep 2 Exiled and 2 Smashing Ground. So ya...
