If teams are posted, please put what kind of response is desired. If you want to figure out which pokemon to use to fit a strategy, state that. If you want to work on stats/natures/evs/etc, say that. If you post a gigantic pile of team information, explaining every minute strategy of you team, how everything works, and how you run the team, and if the team is obviously the product of either extensive testing or standard sets, then you obviously don't need help. Specifics must be asked for, else team posts turn into piles of opinion that only rarely triggers productive changes.
