For your open slots, I would use, Salamence and Metagross.

Metagross with Leftovers
Rash Nature
Moves:
Pyshcic
Thunder Punch
Ice Punch
Meteor Mash

Great Special Sweeper, note I copied this and Salamence's moves from Serebii.

Salamence with Lum Berry
Adamnet Nature
Moves:
Dragon Dance
Aerial Ace
Rock Slide
Earthquake

BD: I see where your going with the two pokemon and serebii is great in all, but alittle originality never hurts! So I probably would use metagross but salamance is too overrated.

E-Hero: I kept update on all the movesets, and I dont feel like breeding and keeping a bad move.

Salamence might be overrated, but Metagross is super-overused.

metagross is fine, but i would use this moveset:
agility
meteormash
earthquake
explosion

then i would use milotic with this moveset
hypnosis/toxic
ice beam
surf
recover

no offense but Im really not trying to use the best movesets made(yes all your guys movesets have been pretty much plagerized...lol), I wanna expirement with my own, and I wanna explanation why rapid spin is soo good to use? besides spikes of course.

No reason. Just to negate Spike.
It's very annoying and quite damaging [3 Spikes]

But if you don't play Netbattle/Against people who use spike a lot, it's just a 40power lousy move.

And Milotic's a sweeper, Ludicolo just some old annoyer.
As a sweeper he quite frankly sucks
