Rakkie's thoughts on the Pervy Sage:
Well, here we go, THE MEGAPERVERT! His stats are good, and between Konohamaru and the opponent's use of Kurenai. That and he's a big ol powerhouse for Lightning. He makes even Sandaime look wimpy. Anyone this big able to be played on Turn 4 is a danger to everyone against you.
Rakkie's thoughts on the Rainbow Seal:
This is one of those Jutsus that you'll never get to use. However if by some off chance you do make a deck that can use it, with enough multi color chakra and a Haku that can't be negated, MAN IS YOUR OPPONENT SCREWED! This is an example of greater planning for ungodly hand advantage. Painfully fun. Now... why is it Fire?
Rakkie's thoughts on THE MOST WONDERFUL NINJA EVER, ROCK LEE!!! *teeth ping, waterfall tears*:
I. Without question, love this card. This is a Mission that allows Rock Lee some extra powerhouse moves if you want, but with downsides you may wanna avoid normally, but this is a last ditch blit effort. Outside of the Rock Lee based suicide, there is Twin Snake suicide too. And outside of the standard suicide, there is just bringing out a big mean Ninja a turn or so earlier. This is good times.

it's hard to imagine him being super rare, with those gold borders.

I think the strangest thing about his ability is that he still gets his -1 Entrance cost ability when your opponent has a female Ninja Academy Student in play.

A bit disturbing and wrong If you ask me. I think Jiraiya should get errated to both (Genin) and (Ninja Academy Student) to where it doesn't seem like Jiraiya has an unusual interest in female Ninja Academy Students.

oh who cares... in the show ninjas can dodge attacks no matter who you are. in card games, it's a different story.

for sakes of arguement, lets just say he is feeling heroic and want to save students...

Or likely he's into hurting students, as they are on their field.

A better 'wording' to make sure the females were mature enough for him is 'a Female ninja with an entrance cost of 3 or higher'. Anyway...

Five-Pronged Jutsu can be pulled off somehow, it's just that you have to have 1 of every element in your Chakra Area to play it which can be hard to do.

lol.. i actually know people with 5 element splashed in, and made it worked, kinda. this is a hard thing so try it out and make a revolution that sweeps across the nation. lol...
