is his effect all the time or just when it is draw phase?
in otherwards do i always have to have 6 cards or is it just when i draw?

Inari triggers when your opponent gains his 7th battle reward. Each time he gains his 7th battle reward (if he lost it due to another effect, like Thousand Years of Death).

They take Reward 7, you draw till you have 6 cards, they take Reward 8.

I think he means for example,

His enemy has 8 rewards, and he has already has 6 cards in his hand, then he starts his turn, then drops 4 card into play/chakra, would he draw again then or in his next draw phase?

the way i would think it would work is after i lose 7 or more rewards during draw phase i draw till i have six cards then next draw phase samething

His opponent is not gaining their 7th battle reward. Inari won't trigger.

Realize, Inari's effect is in FAQ at the top of the page, I'm not making a Judgement call, I'm outright telling you how it works.

so for
rewards seven is win i draw til 6
if next turn comes around and oppenont wins 8th reward he has won 7 or more do i draw til six again.

Does this effect activate only if the opponent wins 7 or more Battle Rewards in one turn?
No, it activates the moment when the opponent wins the 7th Battle Reward overall.

When does the player draw cards?
After the opponent wins their 7th Battle Reward, the effect activates and you draw.
If a 7th and 8th Battle Reward is drawn during the same Showdown, this draw is directly after the 7th Battle Reward, but before the 8th Battle Reward.

Is this effect mandatory?
No.

What happens if I run out of cards while drawing up to 6?
If you run out of cards due to this effect, you will only draw as many as you can.
Remember that the game only checks decks for no cards at the end of the turn.

What happens if after an opponent has won their 7th Battle Reward, then an effect discards a Battle Reward, making the total 6. Then on the next turn, they regain a 7th Battle Reward?
Then, the effect activates again, and you may draw up to 6.

Does the effect activate if they win an 8th, or 9th, or 10th Battle Reward?
No. The effect only activates the moment the 7th Battle Reward is won. The “…or more…” refers to if they win 7 or more during the same Showdown step.
