You need to atleast have Cannon Soldier, Black Ptera, and Ultimate Offerings on the field. Launch Black Ptera with Cannon Soldier and since Black Ptera's effect lets you bring it back to your hand if it isn't sent to the graveyard by battle, you use Ultimate Offerings to summon and launch Black Ptera until your opponent is dead. This is assuming you have enoug life points though.

ok u have ultamite offering out then u have cannon soldier on the field then u lanch the black ptera and u keep offering back ptera with the effect of ultamite offering the when then get at 500 and u at 500 u lanch cannon soldier himself for game... do u get it now?

Take out waboku for Threatening Roars. They're overall better. Also, you need Cat of Ill Omen. Don't knwo what to take out though, but hope this helps.

Have you ever tried last will? You can launch a random monster with the Soldier, and then immediately search for your Black Ptera!

Or...

have you tried putting in Mother Grizzlies and Catapult Turtle? Heck, then you could even put in Treeborn Frog...

In my Dino Burn I use Mass driver Extra Cannon soldiers and some Dark room of night mares since I don't always have the life points to do the OTK doesn't reallly look like you need them but they might be a nice side deck

One fast question could you use Black petra with Magical Merchant?

I like the puppet idea gives you infinate ultimate summons but you will need more search cards to pull it off like some damage condensers or something

Why do you have 3 "Smashing Ground" in there? The OTK is through Burn, the opponent's field isn't the target, I might even cut out all 3. So I don't know if they really belong here. Add 2 "Dust Tornado" to protect your "Ultimate Offering" (Just set it with Tornado's effect in the opponent's end phase, and Offering will be pretty much guaranteed to be there on your turn). Cats would be a good idea. Put something in for lp gain in case you get too low. If you're 500 under the opponent's lp, then you're screwed. I don't know, maybe Squirrels or Woks? I don't know what to take out though.
Probably the best version of the deck type I've seen though. 92%

Solution to all your problems on life points.

Altar for Tribute

Tribute 1 monster on your side of the field to the graveyard. Gain lifepoints equal to the original ATK of the monster.

you could also think about other lifepoint gains such as draining shield, solemn wishes

i'd personally would go with hallowed life barrier instead of cylinder
you might end up going against a mirror deck or some random deck that will ring you for tie..

Yeah but waboku can activated also before battle face plus it makes it to where your monsters can not be destroyed by battle hmm I say waboku is better do to what its effect can do in one turn.
