Old Sea Map... obtainable?

Hey guys. Seeing as I missed the TRU promo with the Mews, I was wondering if there was currently any way to get the Old Sea Map to get to Faraway Island in Emerald, be it through Nintendo somehow or otheriwse. Has it ever been made available? I'd prefer to catch my own Mew than trade for a clone...

Heck, i'd trade for a clone of a legal mew and Deoxys.......I believe Toys R Us in some places gives out Mews..........Call them up.
