doesn't wobby's attack say don't apply weakness and resistence to the attack and it does 10 dammage to itself but when you attach a crytal shard how can it now out something like rayquaza ex ?

I think this was asked several times... Couldn't they just say "Put a damage counter on Wobuffet"? There's no point in saying "Does damage to self" anymore as they cannot be prevented in the new rules, with the changed Metal ruling and with Defender gone.

That only refers to the part where it does damage to itself. So if you attach a Crystal Shard to Wobuffet and attack Rayquaza ex with Flip Over, it does 100 damage, according to weakness.

I agree, it should have just told you to place a damage counter...the closest thing to Defender, Buffer Piece (http://www.pokeschool.com/tcg/scans/ex_dragon/bufferpiece.jpg) can't block the damage because it's not an Opponent's attack.

Try HERE (http://www.sugarshock.net/zeo/tcg/skyridge/index.html)!

Crystal Shard is a Pokémon Tool that changes the Pokémon's Type that it is attached to to C.

yeah they should have just said "put a damge counter on wobby". Also, the crystal shard makes wobby colorless and causes it to do 100 to quaza.
