If you're running Jetroid, then run some Devistating traps, such as Ring of destruction, Magic Cylinder, and Ojama trio (Even if this ISN'T an ojama deck, it provides you with field advantage)
Roid decks are awesome, good luck in your deck

Roids are a bit of fun to use aren't they?
So far at the least you have a basis, it just depends where you want to head. Do you want to focus on the base roids themselves? The fusions? Or go in a completely different direction?
Thanks to Supercharge, Funnily enough Exodia can be incorporated into such a deck (you may find one has been posted on pojo already...I think), which of course would include mainly Decoyroids, Submarineroid and the like along with 3x Supercharge, a bit of "regular" stall (LL-AB, Messenger, GB) and a small selection of the regular staples most decks have.
With a pure roid deck, a little tricky really so perhaps the fusions (or one in particular) will be the focus. The good ol' Jumbo Drill is quite lovely when brought out by Vehicroid Connection Zone, and of course that would mean 2-3 of those, fusion substitutes to bump the numbers (King of the Swamp, Goddess with a Third Eye etc), 2-3 of each of the fusion materials listed (Sub, Drill, Steam)...maybe a Power Bond if you are privy to it.
The roids such as Jetroid while nice in their "suprise counter" ability, or Patroids "check ye cards" and even the combination of Ambulanceroid and Rescueroid (not the fusion, I mean when both are out)...they can get a little situational - but it doesn't hurt.
You could even throw in a couple of Cyber Dragons, a Future Fusion and have either in the main deck or side decked Overload Fusion considering the amount of machine monsters, with Chimeratech Overdragon in the fusions it would be handy support.
I try and steer away from littering a persons deck with staples and that...so such things are up to you (Breaker, D.D.W.L. etc) whether you swamp the deck with them or not (no - not ragging on said cards...just best to focus on the theme before you create a deck with an instant 20-25 cards taken up).
Also, I realise not everyone has every card in existence at their disposal...so excuse me if it's being presumptuous to assume you have all the suggested cards. You can just go with the basics of suggestions, or you may find you want to take a completely different approach to the suggested ones.
Hope that helps though.

The Drill and Supercharge are in POTD. Drill is an SR and Supercharge is Rare.
Power Bond is an UR in CRV.
Limiter Removal is a Rare in DB1 and a SR in PSV.

Supercharge and Jumbo Drill are in Power of the Duellist
Power Bond in Cybernetic Revolution
Limiter Removal is easiest to get as a rare in Dark Beginning 1
You are better off buying singles than trying to pull these cards though.
