Black/White Deck Help

I have been playing MTG from the beginning with Portal cards. There was a long time which i didn't play and now i have made friends with a group of people that play everyday. I bought the Code of the Orzhov deck and I am now trying to create a decent deck. They all have custom decks so i rarely win. I would appreciate any help to change that.Thanx.

I'd get rid of posionbelly ogre, and add some dark banishings

i dont know what to take out, other than the guild land, but i suggest adding more skeletal vampires or belfry spirits if you wanna get lots of creatures. Ghost council of the orzhova is good too, so are ghostways, they can save you from a bad situation
