Using the new Kiba, Jonin's Intervention, and any new Sasukes/Kakashis, plus any new water ninja, Fire/Water is getting too much of a boost.

wow....fire will be getting some crazy cards. imagine using jonin intervention with sakura (determination) to get a kakashi.
