Ok. I have been playing a while, and I need opinions, or ideas for change ups. I know it can become better, but cant think of any specific ways to do so, as well as attack ideas.
Venusaur
Razor Leaf
Sleep powder
Ideas?
Ideas?
Jolteon
thunder bolt
toxic
thunder wave
Ideas?
Slowbro
ice beam
surf
psychic
Ideas?
golem
Rock Slide
Earthquake
explosion
Ideas? (besides fire blast)
Alakazam
Psychic
recover
double team
Ideas?
Chansey
Softboiled
sing
seismic toss
Ideas?
I may switch out anyone on here for a tauros, or gengar. most likely golem. and I WILL NOT USE MEWTWO. I refuse to switch the game over to easy mode, by placing god on my team. his stats are too powerful, and with recover to boot, it would just be too easy. but I do have a mew, so that would be a possibility too. thanks for any suggestions;)

Fixs in Bold:
If you want to get rid of Golem then use a Tauros with these attacks:
Tauros
Earthquake
Hyper Beam/Double-Edge(if it can)
Rest/Thunderbolt
Blizzard
If Gengar then:
Gengar
Toxic
Psychic
Night Shade
Double Team
or
Gengar
Hypnosis
Dream Eater
Night Shade
Double-Team
If Mew then any attack that are special;
Example:
Mew
Psychic
Blizzard
Thunderbolt
Seismic Toss/Recover(if it can learn it by Lv up)
Don't have to use the Mew idea but the others are pretty good, or at least to me they seem good. Other wise it is pretty good. Hope this helped.

thanks for the help. Im not so sure about hyper beam... what's your opinion (or anyone's) about sleep powder instead? and jolteon's toxic is SOLELY to take down mewtwo. (super poison it, then use chansey to let it whittle him away) I totally forgot about double-team. that's totally going to help. the hypno/dream eater gengar will probably take golem's place. thanks for the read!

shortmastr54880: THIS IS RED/BLUE/YELLOW VERSIONS; Hidden power does not excist intill G/Si/C & R/Sa/E/Fr/Lg versions. Chansey with Take Down is just plain weak, its attack is so low it would be equivelent to a tackle that is used by a low lv vs a high lv.
Badseed: Hyper Beam is actually usefull for the R/B/Y versions and only good on a few Pokemon in the G/Si/C versions and hardly used in the the R/Sa/E/Fr/Lg versions, so yes using Hyper Beam would be a better choice over other normal typed moves, like Body Slam or Double-Edge(though they are still good attacks with the correct moveset). This is just my oppinion though. As for Sleep powder instead of Hyper Beam, if you have Venusaur know Toxic, then you won't be able to put it to sleep and Vise:Versa. So Hyper Beam will do more damage, plus a Toxic, might K.O the opponent. Jolteon does not need toxic, Venusuar or/and Chansey would be better. If you want to Toxic/switch out to Chansey a Mewtwo, then teach Jolteon the moveset I suggested and teach Chansey Toxic instead of Thunder Wave. so that way you won't get Chansey hurt by switching out to it. Also, I personally like both Hypnosis/Dream Eating Gengar and the Quake Beaming Tauros with Rest and Blizzard. My oppinion only.

Hawkeye: thanks again. good point on the sleep powder thing. golem is gone for gengar, but who sould be dropped for tauros?

Lets me think...Chansey is your sponge, Alakazam is your special attacker, Slowbro is you tank/special attack, Jolteon is a evading attacker, Gengar is a Hypnosis/Dream eater, Venusaur is your starter. I would say to take out Alakazam for Tauros because, Slowbro is a Psychic type, that increases its Special stat with Amnesia, so Slowbro's special attacks will do more damage then Alakazam would with its Psychic and Seismic Toss. Also you already have two Special attackers, the only difference stat wise is Alakazam is faster with higher special were Slowbro has higher Health and Defence plus a few(3-4) Amnesia's will give it higher Special stats, which make up for its low speed. So take out Alakazam for Tauros because Slowbro in the long run would be stronger and you took out your physical attacker for Gengar, but Tauros is much better then Golem, it has better speed and a better range of moves it can learn. So as said before take out Alakazam for Tauros.
Additional Comment:
Also could you post the new team?

First, your team is much better, expect Tauros, it is a good idea but if you want teach Tauros Double-Team then get rid of Blizzard, also get rid of Ice Beam for Hyper Beam for STAB and its high attack points. If you want a Double Team Tauros then also teach it Rest instead of Thunderbolt so after you make out the usage of Double Team, Rest to regain any damage done, then wait patiently or Poke Flute, becuase they will probalby not hit you unless they have Swift, then unlease Tauros's furry with Hyper Beam or Earthquake, Rest when ever critically low. So basically:
Your current Tauros:
Tauros
Thunderbolt
Earthquake
Blizzard
Ice Beam
If you go with my idea:
Tauros
Thunderbolt/Rest (Thunderbolt is still a good idea)
Earthquake
Double-Team
Hyper Beam
Also keep Blizzard on Slowbro, in the R/B/Y versions it has (I beleive) 90% accruacy making it more usefull then Ice Beam because it has about the same accruacy with more power, where in the G/Si/C & R/Sa/E/Fr/Lg versions it has 70% accruacy which makes Ice Beam better because it does more precise damge then Blizzard.
Secondly, the reason I put either Double-Team(DT) or Sand-Attack(SA) is because of I did not know wheither or not you preferred DT or SA. They both do the same thing in the terms of making it harder for your opponent to hit you with any attack/status inflicting move. But they have flaws; SA hits the opponent with sand lowering their accraucy, but if your in a fight with an opponent that has six pokemon and you use SA, you'll have to use SA six more times then DT, that is the down side, but the plus side is that every one of their moves get lower accuracy. DT on the other hand raise your currant pokemon in battle evasionness or in other words lowers opponent chances of hitting you with stats inflicting and attack moves, DT also stay with your Pokmon intill it faints, which is the plus side. The down side is that you can take damage, sometimes major damge depending on the attack type, or become inflicted before the second, sometimes third DT. (Note some people, like me, max out DT before attacking and generally a healling move for after maxing out DT.)
So in my oppinion DT is only better if you have Rest/Recover/Healing Item to back up the flaw. Which is why I put DT/other move on Venasuar and Jolteon, except on Jolteon, as I stated above, did not know which one you preferred. But as I also stated, DT would be my choice over SA. Hoped I helped your team out.

I was thinking for tauros, however, double team?
Don't; use Tauros to paralyze and/or finish off Pokemon. Plus DT is banned.
and one last thing, what's your opinio on the diff. between sand attack and double team on Jolteon?
Sand-Attack since it's legal.

Minimize is banned for evasiveness. Horn Drill/Fissure anyone one hit KO moves. Mewtwo and Mew are banned too.
For Gengar, Psychic can go over Mega Drain to hit other Gengars and Poisons and Fighting
