i wanted to know 100% on this. you can have up to 3 teams at once in the village, each team can have how many ninjas?

You may have as many teams as you wish, the natural maximum for a team is 3. Your team may be more than 3 if an effect (String Control Jutsu) changed the team size before your organization phase. However at that time you must change the team at that time.

When you form your teams (during your team organization) excluding the effects of Kankuro [Puppet Master] and Four Man Squad (next set Mission) your team cannot be more than 3 ninjas.

However, during the exchange of Jutsu phase, your team may be made larger (Summoning Jutsu, String Control Jutsu, Striking Shadow Snake) and that team will remain at that size until your next Team Oragization phase.

You can have 5 different teams of 3 people, or 8 teams of 3. When you build teams, they can be 1-3 ninjas (as many teams as you have ninjas to make).
