it says search for a pokemon that evolves from ur active pokemon (choose 1 if there are 2) and putit on ur active pokemon........does that mean i can evolve a squirtle into blastiose or does wartortle have to b chosen if this is the case (in other words does it have a rare candy/pokemon breeder type effect or can u not skip evolution stages)????????

You get the next step in the Evolution. There has to be a direct link so you can't use Wally's on Babies.
