Well you kinda need the fire ball jutsus so if you can get your hands on a couple that would be great.

why are they good 3 fires is a lot

I think it's two fire and a random. And yes it is godly in a Fire/Water deck. It has mad synergy with Zabuza.

Yeah, and that's why running fire ball jutsu is a must in a fire/water deck. You use it and then they die by Zabuza's effect. Making their over all attack lower giving you the chance to get an outstanding victory which with Zabuza is like total ownage.
