Yes. Highlight the text you want, and press hyperlink. After that, type the URL you want in the box.

Thats basically what you need to do, except in the last [URL] take out the period next to the backslash

They can't lock you out. You are just doing it incorrectly. Read Scientist's tutorial.

Just in the last [URL] tag take the period out. [./] should be [/]
