Just so you know I haven't built this deck yet, but I thought the idea and concept of it would be interesting to pull off, considering that there's a Ripple card for each color in Coldsnap and my least favorite color in the game is black which is why it isn't in the deck I'd thought I'd do a 4 multi color deck based around the Ripple mechanic and see how it works.

Sage Owl, Sensei's Divining Top, and Index, are to help stack my Ripple cards to help trigger the Ripple effects of a spell with Ripple I play once I play it.

Farseek is self-explainatory to fetch for different basic lands and is perfect for this deck, City of Brass also helps too.

Thrumming Stone is in there incase I wanna give my other non-ripple spells ripple like Farseek, Raging Goblin, BoP, and maybe Sage Owl among others.

Any help, advice, and suggestions I'd gladly appreciate it.

Well, if it's casual then definetely get 4 Soothsaying. They will help you tremendously. Oh and also get Brainstorm so you can put some of the Ripple cards back (i.e. if you have 2 Surging Flame in your hand, put one back).
