This (http://pojo.com/naruto/cotd/2006/Aug/25.shtml) is it. One of the many Naruto card going to be reviewed. I don't like the fact he has no healthly stats but his is effect is ok. It pays for a good bit of things. I'd still rather have Strength in a Crisis.

This is needed for any Lee deck come October/November... and is very nice for any Naruto deck as soon as we get Rasangan out stateside.

Fragment of Power IMO is the best right now, followed by Main Characters Privilige.
