Ninjitsu Decks are one of my all time favorites.

I don't see why you want Strike Ninja, it is a DARK monster and has to remove DARK monsters to work, and you hardly have any DARK monsters in the deck. You should try out Go Go the Gallant Ninja.

You are using some banned cards like Breaker and Magician of Faith, take them out.

Your not really even trying to abuse Ninjitsu Art of Transformation as much as you should. Twinheaded Beast is one of the best ways to abuse it, because it lets you attack twice and rack up some big damage quick.
