Your artifact makes no sense. First off, Artifacts always are colorless* and thus have no colored mana in their mana costs. Second, there is no 'mana zone', and I'm not sure why a land would produce W or 1, why not just W?**

The artifact creature makes a bit more sense. It should be 'comes into play under an opponents control' rather than 'summons', and the tokens need creature types.

A note on mana costs, it is generally accepted to write them out thusly:

Rather than 3W2B1C one should write 1BBWWW.***

Thanks for ur thoughts I just thought I'd take a crack at it. I'm more of a Yu-Gi-Oh! player Magic is still at little new to me. My friends got me in to it like 2 mo. ago. I have like 5,000 Yu-Gi-Oh! cards and I have built like 9 magic decks.

Artifacts are normally things rather than ideas. Not sure why its a duel land... firstly i think you mean dual and secondly dual what?

why is this an artifact? it doesn't really seem to need to be... it would be fine in black...
