Lands (22)

8 Mountain
8 Forest
3 Gruul Turf
2 Highland Weald
1 Strip Mine

Creatures (12)

4 Tinder Wall
3 Terravore
2 Magnivore
2 Ley Druid
1 Thundermare

Other Spells (26)

3 Stone Rain
4 Thermokarst
3 Life from the Loam
4 Pillage
3 Creeping Mold
3 Raze
2 Seismic Spike
2 Molten Rain
2 Wildfire

Deck Total: 60

This deck works pretty good but the only problem it has is defending itself against creatures my opponent controls, and I'm trying to find a way to fix that problem. I used to own 2 Stomping Grounds but I traded them away for a better deal to help fix this deck somewhat.

The Life from the Loam's help me out alot whenever I'm short on lands from getting sacked off from Wildfire, Strip Mine, and Raze. Tinder Wall helps boost my mana to play extra landy spells along with Seismic Spike.

Any more help, advice, or suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it.

Use pyroclasm to help slow enemy hordes. Natural Affinity would also be pretty good in here, as it makes lands a lot more vulnerable, and combos well with Pyroclasm (especially if you get some pump effects in here). Jokulhaups is also way cool, destroying artifacts, creatures and all lands (you can always float enough mana to cast Vore/LftL.

I tore this deck apart a long time ago, and I don't even play it anymore. So yeah, it was going nowhere fast. The main problem with the deck was creature control where I could just throw in something like Pyroclasm which I had difficulty getting at the time.

Plus I was able to beat a Expert Magic player with this deck once.

wonder why you beat a expert probably cuz land destruction equals automatic win deck against slow decks everyone get sacred grounds and don't put up with this crap if green enchantment destruction angers you go for devoted caretaker I did it and land destruction leaves me alone.

If it was still together you could throw in some Rishadan Ports, those slow down your opponent a lot, and if you are playing a mono colored deck throw in some Wake of Destructions. And that sentence is one of the reasons Vindicate failed English... :P
