It looks solid for the basis that you're kinna stuck with just starters. Trust me, I was in that spot a while ago. I think I'd consider using the Nine Tailed Chakra Naruto from the starter, in place of one of your Konahamaru (The corps one). That's about it.

This game isnt a game of good hand management, the Nine Tailed Chakra Naruto is really bad, and i said fixes dont neccessarily need to be from the starter.
