how can i get there

a few sites stated:talk to the ruin maniac in fallabor

but i searched fallabor 10 times and i still could;nt find it (and no he was'nt in the desert underpass) so where is he.

its in the desert, its not always there hence the name but it will be there eventually

but a site (serebii.net) stated that i need to talk to the ruin maniac.

so what to do

the ruin maniac is in fallabour town at the end pf a small tunnel in his house,if thats what your asking.

Okay, the first time you get the fossil, its in the Dessert. Then, after you beat the E4, you go to Fallarbor, and go left until you get to that house where you got dig, and go in the big hole. That leads you to a tunnel, where Ditto are evreywhere. (Catch one :p) Then keep going right, and you will find the OTHER fossil you didnt take before. Hope I helped a bit.
