I think you can use Sasuke's ability more than once, as long as you have enough battle rewards.

Mental battles are battles that use mental power instead of the usual combat numbers. Some Coils of the Snake ninjas have their mental power written on the cards. If there is no mental power on the card, then that ninja has a mental power of zero.

You can use Sasuke's ability as many times as you want as long as you have battle reward to spend. however, if by stack you mean permenately stays, I don't think so. but you can get +4 by spending 2 BR if that's what you mean

Also for the mental battle......you can't do that unless a card u use says u can do a mental power battle.

Sasuke [Power of the Curse Mark]'s effect may only be used ONCE per turn. As is the same with every optional Ninja effect (Such as Suien [Easy Power]).

Mental Battle is conducted the same way as a normal battle just you compair "Mental Power" instead of the normal Ninja power. Any Ninja with no "Mental Power:" listed is to be considered haveing "Mental Power: 1". Also, a Mental Battle cannot happen unless a card allows you to perform one, you may not enter a Mental Battle whenever you feel.

yeah its only once per turn unless the effect specifically states it isnt like naruto(control of power)
