there was a rummor talk to the repel guy 350 time and go to oak he will give you all the pokemon. I taped myself doing it to prove everyone wrong waste of time:p

there is no glitch in the world that will let you do that but there is a glitch that you can use to get mew,so that will probably help getting 151 pokemon

Only way to get them all is to Buy Yellow, Red, AND Blue and catching what you can't on one and trading it over. That's how they got rich.
