Well, ratings should be on a 1-10 scale, decimals if needed... 1 being horrible, 10 being awesome. Please do NOT reply with fixes IN THIS POST(if you chose to quote instead of quick reply.), it's confusing for me.

Strategies-

Aerodactyl is a sweeper, plain and simple. Attack.

Houndoom is another sweeper, just special. Swagger's for other special sweepers.

Kingdra is awesome, end of story. Rain Dance doubles speed, then a STABed Rain Danced Surf kills, easy.

Skarmory's a tank/annoyer. Lay out 3 sets of spikes and roar the opponents in. Use Steel Wing when needed, and Taunt against Cursepert, Cureslax, Blissey, and all those other pokemon.

Salamence is a sweeper, capable of physical, special, or mixed. I have mixed.

Tyranitar is an awesome sweeper (with dragon dance, but i'm running a substipunch t-tar instead). Substitute, Focus Punch/Thunderbolt/Crunch as needed.

Gengar's a great sweeper. Shadow Ball and Psychic away, use Toxic on tough opponents and use Night Shade on dark types.

Blaziken's effective as a mixed sweeper. Send him in to fight waters, fliers, steel types, fires, whatever. Thunderpunch waters, Overheat on things you absolutely have to kill, like Metagross. Rock Slide the fliers, and Sky Uppercut gets a STAB, and is a good move too.

Flygon is an unusual Dragon, period. STABed Earthquake and Dragon Claw are effective. Other moves are fillers.

Metagross is a pure tank. Meteor Mash gets a STAB, Thunderpunch is a filler. Earthquake simply kills, and Explosion is a killer (no pun intended) move when used CORRECTLY.

Never take out Rain Dance on Kingdra, Rain Dance doubles its speed, that's a staple on Kingdra. Wish I could add in Dragon Dance though >_<

I prefer Pursuit/Fire Blast/Sub/Will-o-Wisp. Pursuit OHKOs Zammy on the switch and many other common Pokemon while dealing a lot of damage on pretty much any switch.

Um, I was just wondering why you aren't taking advantage of Tyrrannitar's Sandstream by raising a Sand Viel Pokemon. Sandslash can be pretty decent. Cacturne is Grass Dark, Few people use Grass pokemon...

Well, Rain Dance is for Swift Swim, and I've got a special Kingdra. Won't work well with Dragon Dance.

Should work pretty well. Rain Dance to increase speed, Toxic/Surf(STAB/Rain Dance bonus)/Ice Beam as needed.
