Hey everyone. I have 3 questions:

1) Do both players start with 6 cards in their hand and then draw an extra card every turn?

2) What is the maximum amount of cards you can have in your hand at the end of the turn?

3) How do you determine when a Team Power battle or a Team Mental Power battle will be performed?

6. if more, you have to discard.

Note: End of Turn discard to return to six is on your turn only, and discards to the discard pile.

Note2: You check the field to see if any effects would cause a Mental Power Battle (Ibiki, Written Test, First Chunin Exam, Cheating) after that check to see if any effects would cancel out the first effect (Naruto - Misplaced Anger).

Does Kakashi Hatake [Early Settlement]'s effect give you an additional Battle Reward to the 1 or 2 you might already get?

No, he only gains a reward via effect when he battles ninjas.
