Feebas Help

Okay, first off, i know where to find Feebas, but i never seem to run into him, i know about him being the most elusive pokemon of all in R/S/E versions, but i need help. 3 things:
1) What's the most helpful and quickest way of finding Feebas
2) What's the best berry to guarantee max beauty to evolve
3) Should I need to level up Feebas after accomplishing the max beauty to evolve??

Fast and direct help is most appreciated.

not sure of the 1 and 2 but yes you have to level feebas at least 1 level up after you maxed the beauty.

check serebii and see if it says anything about catching feebas. I have one, but a friend gave it to me so I cant really help you

What I ddi to catch Feebas was:

1. Use Old Rod
2. Start going up to route 120 (or 119, whatever it is) right after u surfed from Mauville and passed the thick grass. From there, go in each square. Fight about 3-5 (I did 3) for each square until you find the spot. Everybody's game only has 1 square where you can catch Feebas. Once you found the spot, you can keep catching them in that same spot as long as you don't change the cool phrase in Dewford.

For berries, IDK, I used the Chesto Berry I beleive, you wanna get a high level/smooth blue pokeblocks, they work best.

you have to level it up one after maxing out its bueaty. its in the water on 119

well theres about a 25% chance of seeing it if your fishing on the correct square so do it about four times

i cant rember which one it is but theres either 4 or 6 squares that ocntain feebass

it took me about a hour and a half to find it so just stay patient
