An idea to replace your Tyranitar's Sandstorm with is Aerial Ace. That takes care of fighting-types which Tyranitar is 4 x weak to. On Blaziken, take out Blaze Kick (since Overheat has same accuracy, but more power) and try to get Rock Slide. If a Dragon/Flying or Water/Flying shows up (Dragonite, Salamence, Pelliper, etc...) those attacks you have won't work to well. And for Blastoise, take out Surf or Hydro Cannon and put in Ice Beam. You don't want to be redundant by putting 2 types of moves on the same Pokemon. With Bite, I'm not sure, but you might want to change that. But don't make these changes right away. I'm getting back into Pokemon, and you should wait for other people to respond to see if they agree. :)

On blaziken I'd go with Brick Break over Blaze Kick. JUst because its attack is higher. Ariel Ace is a good idea on Tyrannitar. On Blastoise, you should have an Ice Attack, A water attack, Rain Dance, and Thunder Wave or Attract. Twave and ATtract can help you if you run into a High Defensive Pokemon, or a Fast pokemon. By the Way, How did you get the Salac Berry?

Good old Jirachi got me Salac Berry.

I don't have alot of TMs, they are on my Fire Red Game.

Dragonite: Arieal Ace I do not have anymore I belive, I may have it on Fire Red.

Rain Storm: I do need to get an Ice Attack for sure now, got alot of comments. Good old Fire Red.

Also I have been having trouble with Water Pokemon, any suggestions?

The person who traded it to you probably took the Salac Berry before trading you

Trouble with Water Pokemon... Put Thunderpunch on Tyranitar or Blaziken as I don't believe Blastoise can learn that. Put only put on Tyranitar IF AND ONLY IF you're sure you can't get Aerial Ace. If you decide to put on Blaziken, take out Blaze Kick and replace with Thunder Punch. With Blastoise, if you keep Hydro Cannon, replace Bite with Substitute and Surf with Ice Beam. That way when you need the 2nd turn to recharge, you don't get hit.

I need 9 more BP to get it then, I also have can get Thunderbolt on my Fire Red, can Tryantirar learn that?

I belive I have Aerial Ace on Fire Red as well{I don't use TMs alot}

EDIT: I do have Aerial Ace on Fire Red, trade and get rid of Sandstorm for it?

I am keeping Hydro, where do you get Subsitute and Ice Beam?

Ah, finally I can be of more assistance. Substitute is a learned move on FR/LG. A person on the top of Lilycove city's Store will teach it to your pokemon.

cool, so I teach it to Blastoise instead of using Bite?

I will get it down as soon as I can :)

If you have trouble with Water types, then Thunder may be a viable option. I know Tyranitar can learn it, because he already knows it when you catch him on Colosseum. I believe that if the Weather is rainy, then Thunder has 100 accuracy. Send out Tyranitar and Blastoise in the Double Battle challenges, and use Blastoise's Rain Dance to increase Thunder's accuracy. Other than that, Thunderpunch would be good for Blaziken. Can't suggest much else. Although, Ice Beam would be a better choice for Blastoise over Bite.

I just need to do one more Battle Factory Challenge to:

-Get THunder Punch from that lady

-Battle The Battle Factory Brain{name isn't coming to me very easily}

Guess that is what I am going to do tonight?

Where do you get Ice Beam?

PyroCannon

Blastoise:

Ice Beam

Tyranitar:
Rock Slide
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Crunch

Blaziken:
Overheat
Sky Uppercut

That is unless you want Tyranitar to learn Thunderbolt.
