My medicham is like this:

nature: naive
hp: 259/ atk: 215/ def: 182/ sp.atk: 139/ sp.def: 166/ spd: 283

Undecided, right now it have return and i checked serebii's iv calc and it say the hp it will get is flying with power 70.
I also need help choosing a good item for it. I know jolly nature was better but when i checked with the old guy in the battle frontier he told me its stats where wonderfully outstanding so i decided to train it. Its ivs are:
27/27/27/16/30/30
