Reason: Manectric:more then or equal to two of the same type attack is bad, so keep rain dance/ thunder combo and teach it or re teach it either roar or charge. I found roar usefull for not only swicthing opponents pokemon but also scaring wild pokemon that may lurk in the wrong enterd room or charge for a stronger thunder attack. Bite or crunch are moves that you can use if you run out of thunder PP. Flareon: teach or re-teach Flareon Fire Spin for damage every turn (Toxic + Fire Spin + Shadow Ball or Flamethrower = major damage every turn) Metagross has the same problem Manectric did so instead of getting rid of Brick Break, get rid of Confusion.

Reason: Vaporeon is ok move wise but a baton pass with some stat raising moves would be better(like Acid Amor or Double Team). Glalie had the same problem as Manectric and Metagross so teach it Water Pulse if it has higher Sp.A points or Rollout if it has higher Attack points. Tropius was a mess three grass moves, one flying attack. Teach it Sunny Day to speed up Solarbeam and Tropius. Hp (fire) will be stronger after a Sunny Day, keep Fly if you want but Aerial Ace is faster.

Reason: Charizard could have another STAB move like HP (Flying) or Wing Attack. Machamp was also a mess, it knew four fighting moves, so teach it Substitute then use Focus Punch so you don't get its down fall effect. Teach it Earthquake and Rock Slide for two reasons one thier powerfull being used by a high attacker, two in case a ghost or flying type appear. Hariyama is ok with it move set.
