Hey! It's a new age, with Coils of the Snake out, and Wind and Earth have been boosted greatly. With the new INo-Shika-Cho combonation, and Gaara-Kankuro-Temari finally out, let's take a look at a Earth/Wind deck.

Dispite the awesome that is Morino Ibiki... you could probably use some Written Test or Cheating to make use of your multiple high Inteligence ninjas.
That AND you might wanna not use x2 Gaara (Autosand) as the Gaara in Set 5+6 are WAY better. (As in don't go outta your way to buy two super rare Gaara.)

Well, I already have them...... Anyway, I'll change those Gaaras into more Mental Power. This is probably gonna now be more of A Mental Power deck.

If you already have them that's fine, keep in mind Gaara's effect will be a handicap more than a help.
With Shikamaru alone you can kill any Path only deck in mental battles (Shika with anyone else will overwhelming victory) put in a Sakura or two and you have a pretty decent mental combat group. Most other ninjas that aren't Earth/Wind have rather low Mental or happen to have very high entry costs.
The next two Gaara effect/stats (for compairison. Pokekid88 from Naruto official forums is to thanks for the translation):

Element: Wind
Hidden Sand/Genin/Male/Deployment Cost: 2
Healthy State BP: 4/0 Injured State BP: 2/0
[Overflow of Insanity]
When this card's team gains a victory point/Overwhelming Victory Point, you can deal 1 damage to 1 of your ninja in this card's team(except this card). If you do, you receive an additional 1 victory point.
Combat Type: Sand
Sabaku no Gaara
Element: Wind
Hidden Sand/Genin/Male/Deployment Cost: 2
Healthy State BP: 4/0 Injured State BP: 2/0

Holy crap. Those are way better. Okay, ehre comes an overhaul! It's now a Mental Power deck. This is teh strongest deck out tehre right now, as a old age Fire/Water has no chance, due to all ninjas having 0 mental power. My missions are the exact same(in theory). My clients are for damage and draw power.

Well... Fire/Water will remain in its weak state since it only has two inteligent ninja:
Sandaime Print 044 (Super Rare Coils)
Orochimaru (Super Rare Coils)
Your deck looks very nice, mad props on it. You might wanna consider maindecking/sidedecking Cheating Prevention, since that would stop them from even attempting to block you. Any team with Sakura or Shikamaru automatically gets a free attack pass.
