T-Tar and Breeding

Is there any way to breed a Tyranitar with Dragon Dance and Ancientpower? I've bred both moves separately, but I would like to get them both on one Tyranitar.

Its not possible, the only other pokemon that learns both moves and can breed with t.tar is charizard and is from egg too and none of them can be breed with smeargle. You will have to wait for d/p to see if there is a new pokemon that can do it.
