Blend Master on Emerald? Pokeblock Case Size

1) Has anyone else had the "Blend Master" come to Lilycove on Emerald, and you can blend Pokeblocks with him? He nails the arrow every time.

2) Is there a limit to how many pokeblocks you can store in the case?

Level 78? Are you serious? Highest I got with a Spelon berry (tier 2, one below liechi etc.) was 57 with 155ish speed.

The Case size is 40 blocks.

If a TV is flashing, look at it, it might say the Blend Master is appearing in the Lillycove Contest Hall in X day(s). You have to look at the TV again on the day that he appears for some reason.
