Wow. First deck? This is good. When you get another, add in a Naruto [Nine-Tailed Chakra] for the No Effect one. You may want to add in some negation, as Escape Jutsu beats this thing to a pulp.Almost all of your jutsus are bonuses. Otherwise, nice!

second desent deck I would have done Earth/Lightinging with Neji and Byakugan but that's just me for a starting deck 8/10

well this deck is basiclly a beatdown wit rock lee and might guy the others r only there to be support but i kinda thinkin of addin nejis (effect) to this deck and see if it would work better
