Obviously, most of these would never make it to mtg since VS is such a "hit", but I've always liked the gameplay of mtg over vs. So, please just folllow a few guidelines if you want to add a few cards:
1. Can be any superhero (ranging from comics, anime, etc.)
2. Please add suggestions or re-edit to make your own card
3. Have fun and be creative :)
That said, here's a few I'd like:
Kryptonite
Sorcery
2GW
Remove target indestructable permanent from the game.
Superman
5WWRR
Creature-Boy Wonder
Flying. Indestructable.
Whenever Superman would be put into the graveyard from anywhere, put him into your library and shuffle your deck.
T: All damage that would be dealt to target creature is dealt to Superman instead.

shouldn't Superman be creature- Kryptonian Hero (or alien if you want to simplify it)? Besides "Boy wonder" is Robin's moniker not Super'man's, you might make a case for Superboy but he shouldn't have the comes back from the dead ability :) .
not to mention most hero's should be legendary.

the only problem with this one is the last ability. do you mean Converted Mana cost (i.e colourless+coloured mana) or that they have to pay the actual mana cost? if the second one thats a bit odd for this type of ability.

Both points taken.
I edited one of them so it'd be easier to understand. It's also kind of hard because there aren't any "colorless" normal types (ie. nonartifacts). So..this is more of a G flavor sort of thing. Also, I gimped some of the stats of the planeteers....i wanted to do Captain Caveman, but not sure if that's his real name (if anyone knows, he's the guy with the club who was really hairy).

Well I liked those ideas...animes are cool.
Here's a few that might be familiar (if anyone has ever seen Berserk):
Guts

Legendary Creature-Mercenary
When equipped with a Large Weapon, Guts gets +1/+0.
Rage 3 (Guts gets three +1/+1 counters whenever a creature is put in your graveyard from play).
As long as Guts doesn't have a +1/+1, he is indestructable.
