Hello. This is my first post on the Pojo message boards. Looks like a pretty cool place. :) Anyways, I'm hoping to get some feedback on a few decks I’m considering building. I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Deck 1 - Clerics

Strategy - Prevent damage, and hold off attack creatures with Battlefield Medic and Whipgrass Entangler. Edgewalker helps to get more creatures out, while Soul Warden helps keep me alive even further. Hero's Resolve's used to prevent red direct to creatures, as well create formidable blockers should they become needed. Disenchant and Pacifism do their normal stuff. Mid-game, pending I'm able to play a Doubtless One, it should be considerably large, while Death Grasp rounds out the offensive package. This deck is designed to hold creatures back while building up for a mid or late-game switch to offense.

4 x Soul Warden
4 x Battlefield Medic
4 x Headhunter
4 x Edgewalker
4 x Whipgrass Entangler
4 x Doubtless One
4 x Hero’s Resolve
4 x Pacifism
4 x Disenchant
4 x Death Grasp
4 x Starlit Sanctum
8 x Plains
8 x Swamp

Deck 2 - Zombie Control

Strategy - First 3-4 turns, bring out low-cost Zombies, use Shepard of Rot. Festering Goblin + Carrion Feeder helps deal with early-game large attackers, while Ensnaring Bridge keeps it that way for the rest of the game. Zombie Trailblazer does its normal thing, mainly used to deprive that early counterspell or multi-color card. Carrion Feeder/Plunge/Innocent Blood into Darkness + Vengeful Dead + Pestilence deals direct to your opponent, while you can also get some early game damage in via cycling Gempalm before you build a solid defense and can begin sacking zombies. Lastly, Smother deals with anything that can get under the Ensnaring Bridge.

4 x Festering Goblin
4 x Carrion Feeder
4 x Shepard of Rot
4 x Zombie Trailblazer
4 x Vengeful Dead
2 x Gempalm Polluter
4 x Innocent Blood
4 x Ensnaring Bridge
2 x Smother
2 x Pestilence
2 x Cabal Ritual
4 x Plunge into Darkness
4 x Cabal Coffers
16 x Swamp

Deck 3 - Black Sorcery

Strategy - Vicious Hunger, Decree of Pain, Barter In Blood, Innocent Blood, with or without use of Dark Ritual, Bubbling Muck, and the Coffers, keeps the board creature-free. Corrupt and Drain life can also be used to remove large creatures on the board if needed. Soul Feast, Corrupt, and Drain life, deal direct, and although it takes considerable mana to keep the board mostly creature-free, the card draw from killing creatures, and Promise of Power keeps you with enough mana generation to keep going.

4 x Decree of Pain
4 x Soul Feast
4 x Vicious Hunger
4 x Promise of Power
4 x Dark Ritual
4 x Bubbling Muck
4 x Barter In Blood
4 x Drain Life
4 x Corrupt
4 x Innocent Blood
4 x Cabal Coffers
16 x Swamp

Elven Beatdown

Strategy - Seeker of Skybreak, Wirewood Symbiote, and Wirewood Lodge turn this deck into a tribal monster. It's pretty obvious, so I'm not going to bother explaining this one.

4 x Wirewood Symbiote
4 x Taunting Elf
4 x Wirewood Elf
4 x Seeker of Skybreak
4 x Wellwisher
4 x Wirewood Hivemaster
4 x Timberwatch Elf
4 x Wirewood Channeler
4 x Ambush Commander
4 x Naturalize
4 x Wirewood Lodge
4 x Tranquil Thicket
12 x Forest

Those are my ideas. Please tell me if they are sound.
