Deck Apprimoration and Counter Enemy

Do you guy's think that an Arithmetic Deck (Rocket's Zapdos/Muk/Cleffa/Tyrogue) can survive and Win a Match against a Turbo Slowking Deck (Murkrow/Sneasle/Mewtwo/Slowking/Pichu/Cleffa/Tyrogue/Brock's Mankey) without using Brock's Mankey (Taunt). So should it be included in the Arithmetic Deck.
