First of all you need about 20 Ultra balls . Second of all you need a strong pokemon that noz sleep powder or hypnosis . next you need a rare candy in the 6th item slot .now yer ready talk to the guy that teaches you how to use a poke ball have him teach you agin then fiy to cinibar island surf near the gym and try to run into m or missingno then run away then try to into something different do not worry yer almost done capture the pokemon then use all of yer rare candys then use that pokemon in a battle and win do not worry that yer pokemon is back to level 100 its normal press start click on pokemon and go to the pokemons stats I know I RULE DON,T I ps.ONLY put that pokemon better to do this in red
