It's impossible to tell why that wins. The size of it alone confounds me

I bet I could cut my deck in half and beat that thing.

Rather than attempt to delve into its positive aspects (which are far from numerous*), I'll point out why it's painfully bad.

1. Far too large. People play 60 cards for a reason. It's all about probability.

2. WUBRG-ness, sans mana fixing. How does he play those janky spells, anyway?

3. No cohesive theme. This deck is seems to be utterly without strategy. How does it win?

My conclusions:
The deck is a pile, plain and simple.

Either you need to play better decks, or this friend of yours cheats**.

*Or exist in the first place
** Even it he cheats, I still don't see how he'd win.

Man, this comes off as rude, but it's just an honest analysis.

I too can't see how this wins EVER.

30 lands / 118 card = not enough, not even CLOSE to enough.

a deck of mana(20) + relentless rats(40) would beat this deck. we could help more if you posted the deck you run against him

actually that was my old deck that i dismantaled that lost to him a lot so i built like 7 stratagy decks Silver, demon, green beast, arti-blue-white(second best), they win a lot more than my old deck did but he still wins a lot and even when i play with his deck after shuffling it like 100 times i win it has so many differant combos its not funny any more and he keeps replacing cards with new ones he gets out of dessension packs and crap...

in english please?

it's English, just lacks punctuation.

allow me to translate -
Actually that was my old deck [assuming relentless rats] that I dismantaled. That deck lost to him a lot so I built like 7 stratagy decks. They were: sliver, demon, green beast, and anti-blue-white (second best). They won a lot more than my old deck did. He still wins a lot. Even when I play with his deck after shuffling it like 100 times I win. It has so many different combos its not funny anymore. He keeps replacing cards with new ones he gets out of dessension packs and crap...

I did my best, but it is still a rough read. :o

Well the question how this deck can beat others in 9 of 10 times is easy to answer.
Just take into consideration: You did not the the losing decks...
(Even if itīs hard to imagine that there might be decks that are even worse)

Additional Comment:
A little hint:

Before "creating" a deck always make sure that there is an idea behind it.....
Use 60 cards. This is not just a tradition, it has proved itself.
Multicolor just in case there is a reason that leads you to do so. If itīs just because you canīt decide which cards are your best (either the green ones, black once.....) itīs a very bad sign.....

If you really donīt know how an competitive deck should look like, here is one word that should help:

G O O G L E

-->not to copy but to learn
