Starter Deck Promos

Usualy starter deck promotion cards aren't that good. But the ones as of the current are almost amazing in Naruto.

Nine Tailed Chakra is in my oppinion the best Genin for most decks. I play both Sasuke and Nine Tailed as first turn drop Genin in every deck I run.

but neither one is a starter deck exclusive promo both the Shadow possesssion and Neji with effect are promos but no the foil nine-tail chakra in fact I presonally was upset that they gave you a common foil as the "best" card for the deck
