Tier 1 Naruto Decks

I am just starting the game and wanted to know what the tier 1 decks are and if there is organized play.

With onyl one set it is hard to get one Tier one deck most decent decks that have a good theme: Sharigan/Bakuygan, Fie/Water Control, Earth Smack Down are decent decks, but the game shasn't been corrupted by Tier 1 decks yet, thank goodness
