you need to have 20 characters in your deck and 40 cards in the deck overall

You can have as many Ninja as you want as long as it doesn't exceed 25.

What are you trying to do with this deck? Taijutsu with Water support?

DON'T run Gathering Herbs--it sucks. If you DO want some reasonably draw, use Leaf Ninja Forces (you are running a bit of Earth). It's a solid +2 cards each turn, which can really help.

Keep Escape Jutsu. It's uses are endless. Also, try to get another Meizu and Gouzu in the deck, and some nice Jutsu like Kunai, Sexy Jutsu, or Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu.

If you're running Zabuza Momochi [Demon of Cloud Village], try to up him to 3 and add at least 2x Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu. Did you know that his effect happens immediately?

I would check on that since its the jutsu dealing the damage NOT zabuza; and the one that places all ninja's to injured doesnt work with him.

anything between 15-25 ninja I have seen work (20+ seems to be the norm)
