My lightning/Wind Deck Plz R/F(NEED HELP!!!)

This is my newly made lightning wind deck please give me ideas on how to make it even better Thanks for your help.

Ok I have benn seeing this alot and it is too much. Just because the rules say that you can have 3 copies of a card in a deck does not meant that you should. In a sixty card deck sure go for it or if the ability of the ninja is needed to make the deck work, but don't put 3 copies of every card in your deck it doesn't work. You can only have one ninja of that name out and then your hand is full of usless stuff that can only be charged and then you have Justsu that should be used as cards to get an advantage not every time you see an openign to use it.

Bingo Book and After the Battle require you to discard a card and you have no water or earth cards to discard making them usless because you have to discard a card of the ame atrribute

The SJ promo from like in March 0/1 you can injurw him going into battle to make him a 3/1

I forget the stat difference but maybe the iruka that gets a support boost if with a genin would be a choice instead of scapegoat

Replace Iruka Scapegoat? NO WAY! Keep him at 3, and get rid of Inner Sakura.
